Being a handcrafted item, color and finish may vary.

3:SHIPPING
Each piece is carefully checked for integrity and operability before passing on the you!
As the items are fragile, we do not recommend postage except for small items.
Meet up/ self collection can be arranged at convinient place and time. Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost of $20 SGD.

4:Refunds

Exchange
All textile cable lamps are custom made according to your individual orders. If a lamp does not work, we will find a satisfying solution.
Please understand that all bulbs are not an integral part of the lamps, but available as accessories. Bulbs are by their nature a consumable and therefore excluded from the exchange. We test every single bulb before selling. Should you notice immediately upon reciept, that there is something wrong with the bulb, please let us know to work out a solution. (e.g. reimbursement of the bulbs in the lights costing share of S$5)
We also seek your understanding that light scratches on the glass of the bulbs are due to manufacturing process and cannot be totally avoided.

4:Lead Time
Our items are hand-crafted, please allow an approximately 7-10 working days lead time before the items are ready. If you need the items urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to deliver.
